2. Custom Products Return Policy:
- Custom products, including custom sheeted or custom slit items, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a discrepancy with the order.
- Custom products are exempt from the 30-day return policy unless the customer received the wrong size, color, or material.
3. Eligibility for Return:
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
- Stock products must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.
- Custom products are eligible for return only if there is an error in size, color, or material.
