  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Custom Products Return Policy:

  • Custom products, including custom sheeted or custom slit items, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a discrepancy with the order.
  • Custom products are exempt from the 30-day return policy unless the customer received the wrong size, color, or material.

3. Eligibility for Return:

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
  • Stock products must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.
  • Custom products are eligible for return only if there is an error in size, color, or material.

5. Return Shipping:

6. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
